About the author

BETH WALROND is a British illustrator who graduated from Falmouth University in Cornwall, England. Her portfolio of international clients includes: Wired, The New York Times, The Guardian, The Wall Street Journal, among others. Beth is a long-time volunteer for non-profit organisation Pass the Crayon, where she leads art workshops for child refugees. This experience inspired A Taste of the World, based on Beth’s desire to explore different types of food around the world for a young audience in an effort to see what unites us–no matter where we live.
