Why do your invoices say Harper Entertainment Distributions Services?
Hardie Grant Gift is distributed by Harper Entertainment Distribution Services (HEDS). All deliveries and invoices will come from HEDS.

Harper Entertainment Distribution Services (HEDS). All payment details are on each invoice.

What is the order fee and does it apply to each invoice?
Our order fee is $15.50 including GST per order and covers the cost of postage & handling. We do NOT charge freight on top of this. This fee will apply once per ORDER (not to each invoice).

Are the prices I'm seeing the RRP?
Yes, the prices displayed on our website are at RRP (Australian recommended retail price). You will be invoiced (by HEDS & at online checkout) at the wholesale price (the RRP minus your discount). If you are unsure about your discount, please contact your sales representative.

Do you have a minimum order value?
We have a minimum OPENING order value of $500 at RRP. Ongoing, the minimum order value is $220 net.
