Monica Cavarsan grew up on a dairy farm and is the founder of Lard Ass: an artisan butter producer based in Ocean Grove, Australia, producing traditional-style French butter with Australian grassfed cream. Manufacturing both salted and unsalted cultured butter, they specialize in flavoured butters.
