Why do your invoices say The Distribution and Logistics Company?
Hardie Grant Gift is distributed by The Distribution and Logistics Company (TDLC). All deliveries and invoices will come from TDLC.
How and who do I pay?
The Distribution and Logistics Company (TDLC). All payment details are on the invoice header. Please ensure to reference PO number with payment for ease of allocation.
What is the order fee and freight charge?
Hardie Grant Gift do not charge an order fee or freight charge when reaching minimum order values.
What is the minimum order value?
Opening orders must be at least $500 RRP, with further orders at a minimum of $180 RRP. Orders below minimum will backorder until minimum is reached. Alternativelly, you can opt to cover a small order surcharge to release ($25 ex GST).
Who do I ask about NEW orders, damages, missing stock, account or online login issues?

Are the prices I'm seeing the RRP?
Yes, the prices displayed on our website are at RRP. When placing a web order, you will receive an confirmation of your order - please note this is NOT an invoice for payment. Your invoice from TDLC will include your wholesale discount and indicate total for payment. If you are unsure about your discount, please contact your sales representative.
