About the author

ALICE MARROLO is a self-taught Italian illustrator. Some of her earliest memories are of reading picture books in bed with her mother and memorising every word. Drawing, books and child-centred creativity are at the heart of her work. Her style is a delightful and charming symphony between traditional media and Photoshop. Alice cares deeply about the environment and enjoys collaborating with people and brands that share her commitment to sustainability. She lives in Cape Town, South Africa with her family. MINI CECIL is passionate about children’s books and likes nothing more than writing interactive stories that children want to return to again and again. She was brought up in a family where a love of reading and books was part of everyday life and she spent much of her formative years in the local library where her mother was the librarian. She enjoys knitting, interior design and yoga.
