Counting in the Bush

Counting in the Bush is a children's picture book that adapts the lyrics of 12 Days of Bush Christmas with a charming Koorie spin.

I went on a bush walk and what did I see? 1 kookaburra, 2 coolamons and 3 elders yarning!

Written and illustrated by the design duo behind Kinya Lerrk, Emma Bamblett (Wemba Wemba, Gunditjmara, Ngadjonji and Taungurung) and Megan Van Den Berg (Dja Dja Wurrung, Yorta Yorta and Boon Wurrung), this book is filled with delightful illustrations and First Nations educational content at the end, a beloved gift for children and adults alike.
