Cousins Chrissie Trabucco and Imogen Hayes are the co-founders of Australian alcohol alternative company, T.I.N.A (This Is Not Alcohol) Drinks. All ingredients for T.I.N.A are thoughtfully sourced. All research, experimentation and recipes are developed in house by T.I.N.A. over many months and years. T.I.N.A is stocked at premium bottle shops and restaurants around Australia, and the brand was awarded the Trailblazer Award in the Drinks category at Melbourne Food and Wine Festival’s Legends and Trailblazer Awards 2024.
Before starting T.I.N.A, Chrissie had been immersed in the world of tea and coffee for more than a decade. Opening her first coffee shop in 2013, Chrissie is an expert in coffee roasting, and tea importing, and owns Assembly, a popular coffee and tea retailer in Carlton, Melbourne. She’s excited about tea, herbs and botanicals, and teaching others how to incorporate them into non-alcoholic drinks.
Imogen spent the last decade working in the Australian wine industry, predominantly working with big and small Australian wineries to bring premium wines into Asia and the US. She brings this experience in wine to T.I.N.A’s non-alc marketing approach.
